The purpose is to motivate, inspire, and to support our local youth pastors. LOLYA would like to provide opportunities for youth pastors to learn from many wonderful pastors who have been in their ministries for a long time. We would like to invite them to share their wisdom which they have learn through the spiritual journey of their own as pastors. |
Youth Pastors' Meeting on Every Second Thursday Night!
Every second Thursday of each month is open for any youth pastor to join us in fellowship. We eat dinner, share our ministries, and pray for each other. Time: 6:30 p.m. @ Rose Hills Office in Cerritos |
Leadership trainings
Winter Retreat Leadership Trainings
WRLT starts in the end of September each year to prepare for the winter retreat. Leaders will go through training materials together. On top of that, they will be divided into two groups: body worship team & skit team. Leaders use the training meetings to practice together the body worship and the skit. Through spending time together at WRLT for about three months, they build up the relationship and the dynamic. We have experienced that such relationship building is a key to make a great joined retreat. Although they are from many different churches, they work as one during the retreat!
