LOLYA 2021  Winter Retreat
Leadership Training Meetings!

LOLYA leadership training meets about 6-7 times from September to the retreat time normally.  However, due to COVID and unpredictable social circumstances, the retreat was decided late. We are meeting 4 times this year.  It is to promote unity and provide an opportunity for leaders to grow together.

The meeting consists of:
1. Dinner fellowship & prayer time
2. Short presentation on reading materials
3. Small group sharing, discussions, & prayers
4. Skit Team & Body Worship Team practice

These trained leaders will take up
various serving positions at the winter retreat:
1. Media
2. Photography
3. Skip Team
4. Body Worship Team
5. Small group leaders
6. Small group TAs
7. Game Station leaders and TAs
8. Making retreat preps
9. and more
